The first step in your real estate career is to make the decision to get a real estate license. If you made it this far, it looks like you have completed the first step.
MOST states allow for online real estate schools, especially with the current COVID concerns. Some states still require in-person classes, though.
If your state is not listed here, it is either because we have not found a real estate school that we are comfortable recommending in your state, OR we had a school that we used to recommend, but we received negative feedback from a student so we removed it from our list.
We are very protective of our reputation and we do not want to recommend a school unless we are 100% certain it is a high-quality school with a good price and a high pass rate for the state exam.
With that said, we respond to requests from people just like you! If you are in a state that is not listed below and you need help screening potential real estate schools, please let us know and we will do some digging for you. We do this for a living, so it will probably be faster for us to find an answer for you than you trying to figure it out on your own. Just holler at us and tell us what you need!
