The basic requirements to get a Washington real estate license are simple. Do you meet these requirements?
A real estate license is required for most real estate jobs. Washington requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education (60 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals and 30 hours of Real Estate Practices).
Washington honors education, experience and licensure from other jurisdictions. Applicants who qualify can bypass some or all of the educational requirements.
You can apply to take the Washington real estate exam after you have completed the licensing education requirements. The Washington real estate exam fee is $138.25.
The exam process is managed by AMP. IdentoGO manages the fingerprinting and background check process.
The application will ask you some basic questions about you and your background, including any other real estate licenses you have held or currently hold. The Washington real estate license application fee is $146.25.
